Carol is a dynamic leader with a wealth of experience across diverse sectors, including the private industry, corporate environments, non-profit organizations, entrepreneurial ventures, and government service. Her multifaceted career provides her with a broad and insightful perspective on socio-economic challenges and community development.

Throughout her career, Carol has successfully facilitated transformative initiatives such as administering local beach and park renovation, advocating for affordable housing, and spearheading climate resilience projects. She was particularly focused on fortifying homes against the devastating impacts of climate change in Florida, including flooding and wind damage, ensuring that communities were better prepared for the future.

Carol’s strong academic foundation in Marine Zoology from the University of New Hampshire empowers her to apply scientific judgment and critical thinking to her policymaking approach. This background allows her to craft informed, evidence-based solutions to complex issues.

In addition to her professional endeavors, Carol is deeply committed to community service through her board leadership roles in animal welfare, the arts, and strategic planning. She currently sits on the Brookline NH Public Library Board of Trustees.
